Direct ship is a when a manufacturer decides to ship order to end user directly and it prepare orders for fulfillment themselves. After the order has been placed with Manufacturer.

This usually means that there will be delay in shipping of up to TWO weeks.


Some products are sold based on allocation allowed and customers have build a waiting list. We will accept waiting orders and you will be billed when products are shipped and notification will be send upon shipping.

We strictly ship with USPS Ground unless a request has been made for different arrangement of Carrier or speed of shipping.

We do not Ship Internationally our maximum point of service is in United State due to laws that govern export and manufacturers restrictions.

We can ship certain products to freight forwarder of yours.

We ship from six warehouses around the country given us an advantage to deliver to you within one or two days the most.

Return merchandise Request, All return must have a RMA number issued from us.

Simply return the products with all its content and in the same manner it was shipped to you back to address on the box.
